Index to June-July 2022 Fossicking Trip

For four weeks in June-July 2022, I travelled by car from my home in Whanganui to the south of the South Island. Along the way, and when I got there, and during my return, I visited a number of beaches, fossicking for stones to take home to tumble polish. It has been suggested that this stone is argillite (silicified mudstone), with two different types of mud in it.
